My passion is around helping women realize their full potential. I infuse holistic practices along with therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Techniques. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in encouraging and cultivating an environment where everyone can be their true selves without shame. I believe there are many people who hold back who they are due to shame and my work is shame and judgement free. The work we will do together will be a safe space where you can be most vulnerable.
