My Background and Approach
Therapy is a collaborative process. Your insight is important because you know your family best. We will start where you are and build on the strengths you have. We can strengthen the relationships you already have and find ways to make the home less stressful. As a parent, I know how easy it is to feel overwhelmed with different ideas and approaches. I can provide you the skills to become your child's own play therapist to help them even after therapy is over. Together we can explore and fine tune strategies to help your little one be successful. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I do not profess to know all the answers and strive to live a life of continued growth and learning, especially when it's difficult. I view myself as a global citizen and aim to be a servant leader within my community. When I'm not in session, I prefer to be outdoors with my husband, son and dog, hiking, biking or enjoying a workout at our local gym.
