Perhaps you have been noticing racing thoughts, physical discomfort, and challenges getting through daily tasks and conversations. I want you to know that healing is very much possible, even if you are feeling stuck. Anxiety, trauma, and relational issues may sometimes pose a barrier to a sense of peace. My clients often share that the tools and insights developed in our sessions make them feel confident in taking their life back, and facing any challenges that may arise.
Are you finding yourself emotionally distant from your partner, struggling to bridge the gap that has formed between you? Communication barriers can often exacerbate this distance, making it increasingly difficult to connect on a meaningful level. Perhaps you've recently encountered the devastating impact of infidelity, leaving you grappling with the shattered trust and uncertainty about the future of your relationship.
Together, we will start a healing journey. Therapy will be a safe emotional space to discuss difficult emotions and ways to cope with life's challenges. We provide therapy to adolescents and teens through older adults. Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief and loss.
Are you feeling anxious, hopeless and uncertain of yourself? Does the world sometimes feel overwhelming to you and you're not sure why? Is it hard for you to identify your feelings and to communicate your needs with those around you? Gestalt and EMDR therapy offer the tools to heighten your awareness and leverage this for a deeper connection to yourself and others.
Many of my clients seek me out to help with their anxiety, OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), depression and relational issues. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself I also have clients who seek me out because I can relate to what they are going through in “coming out” and handling relationships.

Do you want to build a safe space to work on anxious thoughts, feelings of low self-esteem, grief, or trauma? Experiencing a loss or other trauma (including living in a society that isn't made for you due to ableism, racism, homophobia, transphobia or other types of marginalization and oppression) can deeply affect you. I can work with you to explore how trauma has affected your beliefs and develop more adaptive beliefs about safety, trust, power/control, and esteem to help you move forward.
I have experience working with folks (individuals, couples, or families) facing anxiety or burnout in life, or dealing with instability in relationships and hoping for more security. Together, we can work to create more balance in your life, make sense of difficult relationships, own and advocate for your feelings and needs, and identify and set boundaries with others.
Feeling stuck in trauma? I love working with clients seeking to heal their complex trauma and PTSD. This trauma often masquerades as anxiety, which makes it confusing. We'll find just the right starting place, and I'll teach you practical tools. Whether you're feeling trapped in trauma, anxiety, or just wanting a deeper understanding of your human experience - we'll figure out together how to create more peace in your life and less exhausting hypervigilance and worry!
My clients seek a highly skilled and trained elite expert in this, and are willing to self pay to get that expertise. I help those with sexual misbehaviors change thinking and create better outcomes. 27 years of specialist experience and training have me bring high level insights and skills that non specialists do not have, all to help clients to create lasting change, faster improvements towards self management of this disorder, an improved mood, reduced risk. www.sexuallycompulsive.com

I work with clients to help them understand and heal from the legacy of trauma. My clients come to me having experienced a wide array of symptoms that can range from difficulties with the ability to trust others to feelings of anxiety or hyper-vigilance to feelings of hopelessness. Many of my clients may be experiencing difficulties with attention, bouts of depression or irritability, as well as struggling with feelings of shame and unworthiness, and perhaps a loss of interest in life.
My patients are young adults to older adults, individuals and couples of any kind, people of all ethnicities, races, religions, sexuality, and gender-identities. People had been focused on the issues of CoVid, but those fears have gotten more minimal for now. Currently, people are bringing in conflicts around relationships, work life, or family issues. And some people emphasize wanting to improve their own issues. Stressful times need expert help.
My practice mainly consists of young professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are navigating careers, and balancing family, friends, and the increased challenges of daily life. I work with individuals who are struggling with grief and loss from the Global Pandemic. I have successfully provided treatment for individuals who have had adverse childhood experiences which can manifest in adulthood as depression, anxiety, ptsd, or having trouble setting goals for the future.
I work primarily in individual therapy with LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent folks, folks in the kink and non-monogamous/polyamorous communities, disabled folks, and sex workers. I offer relationship therapy as well (couples, polycules, and relationship transitions).
If you prefer virtual care from a psychologist, my practice might be right for you. Clients appreciate having a non-judgmental place to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences. Clients want to arrive at new understandings so that they are able to have healthier experiences in the future.
