I have a lot of experience working with young folx between the ages of 16-24, but also working with adults of all ages. I believe a trusting, safe, and caring therapeutic relationship is the foundation to helping people and I strive to create this space for every client.

The clients I see often arrive having already endured so much. They see themselves as a neurodivergent individual, an LGBTQIA+ individual, or someone with relational trauma. For many this has manifested in an anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, or Autism diagnosis. For many, it has not. My clients experience a collaborative and safe environment to challenge some of the narratives life has given us and become the person they want to be.
