I believe everything happens for a reason and we all have a purpose and sometimes its hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist and have 20 years of experience working with clients during pregnancy/postpartum and providing therapeutic support around managing parenting-related mental health concerns and stressors from infancy to empty nest.

At times, emotions can feel all-consuming and get in the way of what we want or care about most in our lives. I use evidence-based practices to support children, teens, and young adults in coping with difficult experiences—such as anxiety, OCD, depression and behavioral challenges. I also provide parents with strategies to help their children experiencing challenges. Clients come to work with me for many different reasons. In general, they are people who are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I help women with chronic health conditions cope with stress and overwhelm. My clients have Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and other chronic illnesses that make day-to-day life hard. Together, we process hard feelings, create self care routines, establish boundaries, and envision a better future.
My clients would be Telehealth only at this time and for the foreseeable future. I work with adults primarily, both in individual and group settings. My specialties include addiction, anxiety, depression, codependency, family conflict, communication, grief and loss and forensic therapeutic work. I have extensive experience in working with personality disorders and sexual offending behaviors.
I provide individual therapy to adults. I employ next layer healing with many of my clients, who have already had success utilizing therapeutic techniques to target specific symptoms.
