About My Clients
I help adults who want to heal childhood wounds and free themselves from disempowering patterns of self-rejection, guilt, shame, and people pleasing. Maybe you’re currently stuck in thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and relationships that create emotional overwhelm and suffering. My Background and Approach
I provide depth oriented psychotherapy and personal growth coaching. The foundation of my psychotherapy work comes the NARM model, which is a cutting-edge model addressing attachment, relational, & developmental trauma. NARM works directly with attachment patterns of disconnection that deeply affect our identity, emotions, physiology, behavior, & relationships. In addition, I utilize a combination of the following theoretical approaches: existential, Jungian, and psychodynamic. Other trainings I had include: clinical hypnosis, compassionate inquiry, and mind-body approaches to healing trauma, amongst others. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm guided by curiosity to understand your internal world rather than strictly relying on labels and manualized approaches. As we move through life, we develop patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. These patterns help us adapt and survive in the environment we live, but as we grow, we continue relying on these patterns instead of replacing them with new, more useful "tools." I believe that we all have an innate wisdom and capacity to live beyond merely surviving and alleviating pain.
