About My Clients
Growing up is full of bittersweet moments. Stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, etc. are all challenges that can make the transition of growing up even harder. I am hoping that together we can alleviate some of that and allow the transition into adulthood a little easier.
My Background and Approach
I have worked with children ages 5-17 but I have also had experience with adults. I am all about empowering one another and celebrating even the smallest of victories. I am warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental to all my clients and strive to offer them the safe space they need.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I grew up in Southern California and made the decision to move to Northern Arizona to pursue a degree in BioMed. My entire life, I thought I was going to become a pediatrician -- but life had other plans for me. I had a small identity crisis when I had to come to terms with the fact that I was not going to become a doctor like I had planned for 10+ years. I found myself loving my psychology course and changed my major. I loved psychology and knew I wanted to do more with it. After receiving my bachelor's at NAU, I decided to pursue my Master's in therapy back in Southern California at University of La Verne. I love working with kids, that did not change from when I thought I was going to be a pediatrician. I am a huge sports fan, love traveling, and the outdoors.
