My Background and Approach
I have been a practicing psychotherapy since 2015. I began my career at a community mental health center, where I was afforded the experience of treating a broad range of people from diverse cultures and afflictions. A few years later, I opened my private psychotherapy practice. My demeanor is very laid-back and non-judgmental. I help you learn healthier ways of thinking about, and coping with life. I help you learn how to resolve conflict and communicate more effectively. As your therapist, I will listen to you, and provide you with validation and empathy. Together we will put the pieces of your puzzle back together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone should have access to affordable and quality mental healthcare. I am open minded to all sexual identities, gender expressions, and relationship types. I have had success with clients who had difficulty bonding with other therapists due to my validating and nonjudgmental approach.
