I firmly believe that people are beautifully imperfect beings—capable of incredible strength and resilience, yet vulnerable to challenges that can hinder their happiness and fulfillment. It's in these moments of struggle and stagnation that I step in, guiding and supporting individuals toward unlocking their full potential and leading a more fulfilling life.
Whether you are navigating grief and loss, shame or low self-worth, difficulty in your relationships, symptoms of anxiety or depression, or are working through the impacts of stress, abuse, grief, or trauma - you don't have to do it alone. I work best with clients who are naturally self-reflective and existential thinkers, looking for new ways to experience their life and relationships.
My clients tend to have a cluster b or cluster c personality disorders, are neurodivergent, like a therapist who is explicitly authentic, uses trauma informed interventions and self/disclosure fairly openly. They tend to prefer someone who is not trying to correct their thinking, help them think positively, or simply go “mmhmm yea” and tend to prefer someone who is more dynamic. My clients also enjoy the psycho educational aspects and integrative (reiki/somatic/yoga) aspects of the process
Do you long for a deeper understanding of your sexuality? Are you struggling with your desires and needs, unsure of how to navigate them independently? Are you struggling with past relationship trauma or anxiety? We will dive into the hard-to-discuss topics in a down-to-earth style, allowing you to explore sensitive issues without judgment. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your healing journey!

In our lives we face circumstances that can lead us to cope in whatever ways we can. However, sometimes those coping methods lead us into shame and disconnection. I lend a compassionate ear to my clients struggling with addiction, life transitions, relationship issues, intimacy, and more. I strive to lend empathetic and compassionate support to my clients, in order to help them grow deeper in their self-compassion.
I love working with individuals, couples, and adult families who are looking to grow and heal in ways that emphasize their unique human experience and authenticity. This might look like someone who is trying to forge their own path after being stuck in negative patterns such as codependency or perfectionism. It may look like a couple who wants to deepen their emotional or sexual intimacy. I love helping clients discover who they truly are--either as an individual or in relationship to others!
My goal is to offer you support if you're struggling with life challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, infertility issues, or trauma using a relational strengths-based approach, motivational interviews, solution-focused, and Trauma Informed Care techniques.
I work best with clients who want to explore how their patterns began and are commited to feeling better. I have training in Somatic Experiencing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; as well as, experience working in residential and out-patient Eating Disorder Treatment.

I have noticed that often times creative, sensitive, intelligent people will have very unique problems in this world. They will carry around more anxiety from overthinking. They can become easily distracted and bored when they are not stimulated. And sometimes, intense emotional reactions can cycle into feelings of depression that can be difficult to navigate. I use creative interventions and positive coping strategies to help individuals find ways to be the best version of themselves.
I work with a wide variety of clients from individuals identifying as LGBTQIA, poly, & kink to cisgender heterosexual individuals. My clients tend to struggle with issues of identity, depression, bipolar disorder, gender dysphoria, anxiety, panic, trauma histories, ADHD, family of origin issues, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, stress management/self care, & interpersonal effectiveness. Clients also tend to seek me out for letters of support for gender confirmation surgery.
My areas of focus include, anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, grief/loss, stress management, major life transitions and adjustment disorders. I am LGBTQ+ affirmative as well as versed in non-monogomy. I also enjoy working with teens, young adults and adults who strive to succeed and often feel overwhelmed by the stressors this entails. I am passionate about supporting parents/caregivers as well as men who are trying to create healthier relationship patterns.
