I help clients experiencing trauma and PTSD, self esteem, anxiety, women's issues, grief & loss, and spirituality issues to heal deeply. I’m a millennial therapist with a modern approach. I will work with you, instead of nodding and "mhmm-ing" at you from across the screen. We can tie in spirituality (if that's your thing!) to connect to yourself more deeply.
My clients are Adolescents 13 and up and adults 18 and up, primarily with addictions including internet, substances, gambling. I also work with co-existing disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I do Telehealth counseling in Massachusetts and New Mexico.
I work with people from various communities, identities, and relational styles. My clients enter therapy with a desire to address individual, relational, or sexual concerns, and find the courage to create new lives and ways of being in the world. As there no 'one size fits all' in therapy, I work to create a therapeutic experience tailored to the specific needs, aspirations, and goals of the people I work with.
At times, emotions can feel all-consuming and get in the way of what we want or care about most in our lives. I use evidence-based practices to support children, teens, and young adults in coping with difficult experiences—such as anxiety, OCD, depression and behavioral challenges. I also provide parents with strategies to help their children experiencing challenges. My goal is to work with clients on building their strengths in facing difficult emotions and living a rich and meaningful life.
My practice has always been focused on the BGLTQ+ Community, especially trans & gender diverse people, and polyamorous people. I have specialized training working with the trans community for 20+ years, and am pleased with how much the mental health field has advanced in providing respectful care. I tend to see a lot of geeky and neurodivergent people. (Please note if contacting me: it will save time if you include your insurance company and whether HMO or PPO. Not currently seeing couples.)

I help anxious and overwhelmed individuals navigate life stress, flourish in life transitions, and heal from painful experiences. You may be a young adult navigating a new life phase, you may be experiencing grief and loss, or you may be working through trauma. You may simply be looking to shift habits that are negatively affecting your life. All of these needs can be challenging to face alone, which is why working together in the context of a therapeutic alliance can be so helpful.
I help individuals, couples, relationship partners, and adult family members build more confidence and trust in themselves and with others. Clients often begin treatment longing for more connection with themselves, and more effectiveness in their relationships. They may have experienced a chaotic upbringing or relationship traumas in the past, and are frustrated with their history continuing to impact their present. We work toward building increased freedom, meaning, and joy in their lives.
Clients come to work with me for many different reasons. In general, they are people who are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. They may be dealing with stress, anxiety, or depression, and are looking for a safe and supportive space to explore their emotions and thoughts. They have a desire to better understand themselves, to develop greater self-awareness, and to create lasting change in their lives. They are motivated to work collaboratively.
Many people come to a therapist when exploring their life path. Finding an affirming provider who can support you in your exploration is key to living your fullest life. I work with many clients exploring identity, life changes, health concerns, and complicated family dynamics. If you want a therapist who is affirming and knowledgeable about LGBTQIA+ issues, poly and kink relationships, health at every size, social justice and self-compassion you have come to the right place.

My clients would be Telehealth only at this time and for the foreseeable future. I work with adults primarily, both in individual and group settings. My specialties include addiction, anxiety, depression, codependency, family conflict, communication, grief and loss and forensic therapeutic work. I have extensive experience in working with personality disorders and sexual offending behaviors.
You need therapy that will teach you concrete skills to help improve your life right now, not aimless therapy that only makes you feel better for the day. My typical clients are professionals who have come to realize that negative thoughts are keeping them from achieving their full potential at work and/or in their personal lives. Many of my current clients had tried therapy prior to seeing me and did not find it helpful as they did not get concrete skills to deal with distress.
I help women with chronic health conditions cope with stress and overwhelm. My clients have Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and other chronic illnesses that make day-to-day life hard. Together, we process hard feelings, create self care routines, establish boundaries, and envision a better future.
I provide individual therapy to adults. I employ next layer healing with many of my clients, who have already had success utilizing therapeutic techniques to target specific symptoms. Despite this success and progress, they often still feel that something is out of alignment. Using an integrative and holistic approach, I help clients work towards a deeper layer of healing that gets to the root of judgments and negative messages they have received through the human experience.
You deserve to find a therapist or clinical supervisor you can be open and honest with, who will accept, affirm, and validate all parts of you. You may be highly sensitive, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, an artist, a helper or healer, a trauma survivor, or all of the above! We can identify goals and create a plan for success through methods that you feel comfortable with such as: Animal Assisted, Creative Expression, Nature-Based, SoulCollage®, interactive, or concrete skill building.

I believe everything happens for a reason and we all have a purpose and sometimes its hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Often times, we are stuck in old habits of thinking, feeling and communicating. As a therapist, my goal is to assist you through the change process while providing a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to explore their feelings, hopes and fears.
