I believe in a therapeutic space that puts the client at the center of treatment, empowering them to become their most authentic self in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I work to create this space through empathic listening and a deeply held belief that every single person has infinite value and worth.
I often see driven professionals in high-pressure environments. Many of my clients are men, trying therapy for the first time or continuing work they've already started. Clients generally come to see me to work through stress, anxiety (especially social anxiety), depression, life transitions and trauma. I'm also thoroughly trained and passionate about working with the broader LGBTQ+ population.
People often come to see me when they are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by anxiety. They have been pushing themselves to get everything "just right" and taking on way too many tasks and activities while feeling powerless to set boundaries with their time and energy. It's hard to ask for help, but it's possible to find more freedom and ease. We can work together to figure out how.
I approach therapy with warmth and honest reflection to create a non-judgmental space for self exploration. I am passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing emotional struggles, low self esteem, transitional issues and attachment injuries.

Everyone deserves to be heard, understood and supported - and I am here to provide that for you. We can sometimes feel lonely, misunderstood, overwhelmed or even embarrassed when it comes to our inner thoughts, feelings or struggles. You may be experiencing anxiety and depression and looking for tools to express your emotions and manage your physical symptoms. You may over intellectualize and have a hard time connecting to, understanding and expressing your feelings. Life changes affect how we identify ourselves, our relationship with ourselves and with other people. It's possible to discover strength in yourself and learn tools to help you get unstuck from current and past challenges.
I help women with chronic health conditions cope with stress and overwhelm. My clients have Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and other chronic illnesses that make day-to-day life hard. Together, we process hard feelings, create self care routines, establish boundaries, and envision a better future.
I specialize in treating trauma, emotional suffering, and psychological stress. My experience ranges from generalized anxiety, PTSD (sexual trauma, domestic violence, attachment trauma), major depression, gender, self-harm, substance use & disassociated disorders. I utilize an anti-oppressive framework. I affirm all binary & non-binary individuals, genders, races, ethnicities, spiritual orientations, sexualities, and intimate relationship frameworks.
They seem to creep day 4 since your last therapy session. You grit your teeth and grip through the TIPP skills until you can make it to group again. They get you: the members, the clinicians. It’s a struggle bus you actually enjoy. But you can’t stay there forever.
