About My Clients
I specialize in client's struggling with disordered eating, lack of self work, relational concerns. I have extensive training in eating disorders and all the co-morbid concerns that come along with them including, trauma, anxiety, depression, and many others.
My Background and Approach
I work primarily from an attachment lens and use somatic experiencing. I am also trained in EMDR. These modalities coupled with background in CBT, DBT, and psycho dynamic allow me create the best modality that works for you.
