I have been a Psychiatric Nurse for 11+ years and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for 4+ years, and my mission is to improve your life. My specialties include the treatment of Anxiety, Addiction, and Trauma/PTSD for all age groups.
My Background and Approach
At the first session, you can expect a non-judgemental and easy-going conversation to build up a therapeutic alliance. Together we can learn about where you are in your mental health journey and where you want it to go. At the moment, I practice entirely over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely.
