I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialetical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
