My goal is to help you accomplish the changes that you seek by working with you to heal the pain of the past, learn to manage current difficulties more effectively and create a future filled with joy and meaning.
My Background and Approach
Life is too short to live with pain that can be healed. I want to work with you to help you learn to cope with the emotional challenges that so many of us face due to depression, loss, anxiety and trauma so that you are able to live a happy and emotionally rewarding life. I currently work at Silver Hill Hospital and am certified in DBT and trained in CBT. I understand that finding the therapist who is right for you is often challenging and that making the first call to a therapist can be stressful.
