About My Clients
Because of my deep love for people, I cannot think of a greater reward than to serve others by helping to minimize human suffering. Walking with someone on their journey in overcoming life’s challenges is one of the greatest privileges another can venture on. I believe in the potential of each individual in achieving their goals and the best life possible.
My Background and Approach
Some of the modalities that resonate with me are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered and Solution-Focused. I believe in offering clients the latest research and highest quality of care that will support their goals. I believe that optimal well-being is often a wholistic approach that encompasses multiple factors of an individual’s life. For example, because of my training from The School of Natural Healing, I can offer clients education on alternative options to improve physical health that may be impacting mental health.
