I aim to explore what the problem or problems are. Discuss and processed through past action/solutions. Explore with client current solutions to address concerns.

As a therapist I aim to explore what’s the clients story. While also constructing and re-authoring their story.

I believe anxiety is something we all experience at some point of our lives. For some anxiety can impact functioning across settings. I explore triggers while also providing education through knowledge and coping skills.

I’ve work with a lot of clients experiencing depression. For some when they’re experiencing depression it can feel like theres no way out of it. I provide client support with navigating symptoms while also providing a safe space for clients to express themselves.
