I am trauma trained professional who helps clients cope and learn how to live again. Individuals who have gone through trauma typically get stuck in survival mode (flight, fight, freeze, and fawn). I have help clients understand their emotions, cope with these emotions, understand unhealthy behavioral patterns, learn healthier behavioral patterns, and learn coping skills which is fitting for each individual client.
