About My Clients

I work with individuals hoping to know themselves more fully as they are experiencing a life transition or struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, grief and loss, feeling stuck in life, abandonment or low self-worth. I work with couples in low to high conflict/distress and struggling to connect with each other. I also work with couples who are looking to enhance their relationship or are interested in preventing possible future conflicts due to an upcoming life transition.

My Background and Approach

As we work together to better understand the patterns that show up in your life, you will become more emotionally attuned to yourself or your partner. You will gain an understanding of your self-worth and what you have the choice to update in how you are seen, known, and understood. It can be challenging to give ourselves grace, hold ourselves with compassion or tune into our own needs. You can expect me to hold a therapeutic space for you to experience security, connection and belonging while you learn how to live your life more fully, healthfully, and intentionally. _________ I received my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Gonzaga University and am a nationally board-certified counselor, licensed in Washington, and a member of the American Counseling Association and the International Centre for Excellence in Emotion Focused Therapy (ICEEFT).
