Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a brain disorder that is typically characterized by a lack of impulse control, an inability to focus and pay attention, and hyperactivity. ADHD most commonly emerges in children and teens and can continue into adulthood. In fact, ADHD is the most common mental health disorder diagnosed in young people and sufferers often have trouble paying attention in school. ADHD must be diagnosed by a qualified clinician. In addition to medical interventions, seeing a mental health practitioner who specializes in the treatment of ADHD can help patients and their families better cope with many of the symptoms. Most couples begin therapy with me because they feel stuck in unhelpful patterns of communicating, they struggle to feel understood or supported in their relationship, and they want to navigate conflict and challenging emotions with greater ease. I support queer, gender expansive, kinky, and polyamorous and non-monogamous couples. I also specialize in working with stepparents and parents who are navigating a non-nuclear family structure.

Are you interested in exploring the interconnections between your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual facets of being? Are you feeling stuck in some way, and unsure of how to move through it to find the fluidity you seek? My passion is supporting individuals in becoming increasingly attuned to their true self and identity, gently observing the obstacles and barriers that have muddied the waters. I understand the power of being witnessed and supported and hope we can explore this together!
I provide identity-affirming therapy to adults with intersecting marginalized identities, including (but not limited to!) folks who are queer, trans, neurodivergent, disabled, kinky, non-monogamous, as well as other marginalized identities. I also enjoy working with those who previously had poor experiences with therapy, first time therapy clients, young adults, and those who feel “different.”

I work with adults and young adults age 17 and above. Among my focuses of treatment are art therapy, adjustment to life transitions, trauma-informed practices, couples/relationship work, family systems approaches, perinatal mood disorders, CBT, women's empowerment, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I frequently provide therapy for fellow therapists, healthcare workers, college students, couples, and adults of all genders who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Online Therapy
I help adults who are overwhelmed, frustrated, or confused by panic, anxiety, stress, burnout, physical symptoms, and/or dissociation. Let's work on reconnecting with a deep sense of safety, well-being, and joy. I focus primarily on the LGBTQIA+ community and people that are healing from abuse, including those exploring gender, a/sexuality, relationship structures, disability, spirituality, neurodiversity, and otherwise celebrating our true selves!
Online Therapy
My clients tend to identify as LGBTQ, kinky, poly/ENM or identify as having a non-traditional relationship dynamic. They are usually searching for someone to help them navigate hurdles without having to explain the nuts and bolts of their sexuality, career, or lifestyle.
