Being human is messy and the relationships we have with ourselves and others can often feel even messier. However, you, through your lived experiences, have a significant amount of important data about what is working for you versus what is not. Together we can use that data and determine what variables have been supportive as well as what elements may need a revised approach.

Are you quick to take responsibility and blame yourself for relational struggles? Longing to address these issues, process a painful loss, or find freedom from limiting beliefs, my clients are seeking clarity, healing, and empowerment. Often, we're navigating relationships, dating, family conflict, career choices, and their desires for the future.
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, relationship issues, career development, and life transitions. I give you permission to redirect your focus inward and to get curious about who you are, what moves you, and what feels right for you. My clients have often been marginalized or exiled from the human community because of their traumatic experiences, be that from childhood trauma, interpersonal violence, or oppressive systems, institutions, or relationships. Many of my clients have learned to survive and adapt to their traumatic environments through self-injury, substance use, disordered eating and toxic relational patterns. They are looking for someone to see them and understand them, not as broken, but as hurting.
I work with clients from college age and onward that are dealing with issues of sexuality and gender identity. I also work with clients dealing with religious trauma and/or investigating their own relationship with spirituality of all flavors. My style involves looking through the past to see how the narratives we tell ourselves affect our current lives.
I support adult individuals and couples through challenges associated with anxiety, depression, masculinity, mixed-race identity, life transitions, and self-esteem. Though I see myself as an active participant in your therapeutic journey, I aim to provide you with the space to take ownership of your healing. In other words, we will work at your pace to better understand what makes you the person you are today.
