About My Clients

I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples experiencing sex-related pain or other physical symptoms affecting intimacy. I value supporting the LGBTQ+ community, including individuals gender transitioning, and providing pre-surgical evaluations. I also enjoy working with those navigating alternative, intimate relationships and sexual lifestyles.

My Background and Approach

My approach to treatment is warm, collaborative and client focused. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy incorporate evidence-based interventions that are tailored to each clients needs, including ACT, DBT and other mindfulness and compassion-based interventions, neuroscience and psychoneuroimmunology, developmental attachment theory, and somatic-focused approaches.
