Most of the individuals drawn to me are people who find themselves in the midst of a transition in their life. Many are college students, transplants, frequent travelers and interstate commuters who want a consistent presence to check in at a time when change is not only inevitable but overwhelming.
I diagnose and treat people from ages 12 and above with all forms of mental illness. Do you often feel anxious, or depressed, have mood swings, are not in touch with reality, or struggle with inattention? I understand how overwhelming and scary it can be. As a counselor, life coach, and business/executive coach, I see clients that are either struggling in one or two areas or are ready for overall change. I have significant experience working with people through depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self image, grief, and body image among others. Most of my clients feel stuck and are unsure of how to move forward and gain momentum towards their healing and goals. I act in partnership with you to create the lasting change you desire.

Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change.
