Understanding Trauma, A Parts Perspective - For Women
Outpatient trauma treatment can sometimes miss the key educational pieces clients get at a more intensive level of care. I will draw on my knowledge of IFS, trauma-informed, DBT, etc. to fill in those gaps. Each session will begin with an educational presentation and then provide time to process and integrate what was just presented on a personal level. This informative psycho-ed/support group is a closed group for women (LBGTQ+-inclusive!) and will meet 6 times. $360 total. Starting Feb. '24!
