I am passionate about using a cooperative and pragmatic yet affectionate approach to counseling. With over 7 years of experience, I provide support to individuals of various age groups including children, teenagers, adults, and families as they confront unique personal challenges. I have provided therapy for depression and anxiety and I particularly enjoy working with people through life changes/transitions.
My Background and Approach
I work at PSYCHē PLLC providing both individual and group therapy. I've undergone comprehensive training in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) and conduct a weekly online group focused on RO-DBT principles. My ambition is to guide you in achieving your goals, discovering strengths, and navigating through any lingering emotions. Together, we will work towards a sense of contentment.
