About My Clients

I provide support to individuals, couples and children who want a sense of meaning, authenticity and agency in their lives. Challenges I work with are trauma( PTSD & CPTSD), anxiety, depression, relationship issues, identity issues, mens issues, ADHD/Autism/neurodivergence, eco-anxiety and psychedelic integration. I help couples recognize repeating patterns, reorganizing defensiveness toward clear, vulnerable communication, and strengthen intimacy. I emphasis my work with neurodivergent clients

My Background and Approach

It is important that you feel seen, understood and valued in your process, while providing a permissible atmosphere that 'all of you is allowed'. I have an integrative approach of Parts Work, Somatic Focusing, Jungian, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Archetypal Psychology, Dream Work, EFT (emotionally focused couples therapy) as well as CBT, coaching, with an emphasis on the whole organism of you, and the lived experience of the aliveness of ones life. Therapy or healing work is one of disorganizing ways of being, and toward reorganizing ones self to an integrated whole, an identity that is exploratory, assured, ongoing, authentic, so that the old adage "just be yourself" can actually mean something. A lot of this can worked with what is happening in the here-and-now. I also draw upon my practices of art, active imagination, journey work, anthropology, movement, qi gong, breathwork, divination, ecological and nature-connection, and rites of initiation.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am advocate of personal freedom and radical responsibility that aligns with values of dynamic reciprocity in an age of collapse that is not so friendly or viable for the actualization of an individuals and a collectives prosperity. I believe we are in need to rediscover and reorganize a very fundamental question around what it means to be a human, which I believe has innate 'pro-social' behaviors of togetherness, equanimity, an imperative for difference or diversity as well as acknowledgement of over arching similarities, as well as connection to environments and in-tune with natural cycles of life. It is our right to know how to take care of ourselves, and others. It is our right to explore, to make mistakes, to grow. I am a member of different communities like mens groups, art-song-dance groups, revival of folklore and keeping cultural practices alive, and environmental protective groups.
