I work with adults, adolescents, and couples on gaining insight into and getting underneath underlying patterns, unresolved conflicts, and deep-seated emotional concerns that have been causing distress in their relationships with themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
With authenticity and compassion, I work with my clients through relationship and attachment issues, depression, anxiety, self-doubt, shame, loneliness, and childhood trauma, toward greater clarity and fulfillment. I foster a thoughtful space for navigating life transitions, complex family dynamics, questions of identity and purpose, as well as overall feelings of being stuck or lost. I also work with couples who are wanting to open up or rediscover deeper emotional intimacy, develop mutual understanding, move past built-up resentment, or improve their ease of communication and ability to resolve conflicts.
