This workshop is designed for anyone who is interested in unraveling the ideas and experiences of masculinity in their own life. So many of us live under pervasive and unspoken rules of ‘manhood.’ Compulsory masculinity lies at the heart of disconnection and contributes to the cycles of violence that impact everything and everyone on our planet. This workshop is for folks who want to learn how to share power, cultivate trust, practice accountability, and stay with the discomfort of vulnerability
