The Seattle Freeze Process Group is a place for adults (21+) that are experiencing difficulty making friends or struggle with social anxiety to come and discuss their experiences, receive reflections from peers, and ultimately use interpersonal dynamics to gain social skills and increased self-awareness. This is a closed, 8-week group which means that once you sign up, you are committing to joining us for all 8 sessions, as consistent attendance will yield the best results from group therapy.
