The Family of Origin Excavation Crew is for adults wanting to explore and alleviate effects of childhood relationships on present-day relationships, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors; create a more empowering life story; and receive support from others with similar experiences. This group is ideal for folks who grew up in families with: Emotional neglect/abuse, Manipulation, Secrecy, Coercion, and Chronic parental substance abuse or mental health issues.
