Are you struggling with your physical health and feel its impacting your mental health? Do you feel alone in what you are going through? If so this is the group for you! This group will focus on supporting individuals who are suffering from chronic illness. Group members will be able to identify stressors that may exacerbate symptoms, learn advocacy tools and introduce coping skills to increase their quality of life and lessen mental health concerns. This will be an eight week group run weekly.
