This EMDR group is not your typical support/therapy group as you are invited to share positive words, not the trauma or stress you are processing aloud. You will have the opportunity to develop skills to manage stress & feel secure through guided meditation while being surrounded by like-minded people working towards healing. You will then be guided by an EMDR therapist through steps to process unresolved trauma & stress while finding new & more helpful perspectives.
