My expertise in managing anxiety is grounded in a deep understanding of its multifaceted nature. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients identify and challenge thought patterns that fuel anxiety, providing them with practical tools to manage stress and reduce worry. Depression causes us to lose ourselves. Depression can be scary, especially if we are experiencing suicidal ideation, but there are many reasons to live. If you can only think of one, THAT IS ENOUGH. I've seen cases where major depression is not so major when we process through CBT, Neurofeedback and Brainspotting.

Relationships are suffering especially since covid, but there is hope. I've worked with hundreds of relationship types, not just marriages. We all need assistance some times because we are always individuals trying to connect with other individuals. So, through Brainspotting, CBT and Nerurofeedback, it's time to make our relationships better.

I am a certified Neurofeedback provider. I use Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS) to treat many symptoms. LENS lifts suppression’s and lifts compensations that our minds create to protect us. The two modes of Brainspotting are activation and resource. Our emotions and feelings give language to our experiences and what’s going on. The Allocortex is the part of the brain that gives us access to our emotions and helps with regulation, it has access to parts of the brain that help with emotions and it is a covering of the limbic system. That's the part we tap into to heal trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, etc.

In addressing ADHD, I focus on harnessing each client’s unique strengths to overcome challenges related to focus, organization, and impulse control. Through tailored interventions, including behavioral strategies and skills training, I support clients in improving attention, executive function, and self-regulation. My aim is to empower individuals with ADHD to achieve their personal and professional goals by maximizing their potential.

My work with relationship issues is rooted in fostering communication, empathy, and understanding. I provide a supportive space for individuals and couples to explore patterns that hinder connection, offering strategies for conflict resolution and emotional intimacy. Whether navigating marital challenges, family dynamics, or personal relationships, my approach emphasizes building stronger, healthier connections that support mutual growth and satisfaction.

Specializing in Couples Counseling, I employ advanced communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and methods to deepen emotional intimacy. My work helps couples navigate through challenges, improve their understanding and connection, and build a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.
