About My Clients
I treat those with addiction issues as well as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and grief. I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare. I can also provide documentation for you to submit reimbursement for other insurance carriers. I am available for in-office visits or telehealth. I believe in treating the whole person (mental, emotional, spiritual and relationships.)
My Background and Approach
I spent almost 20 years in the substance abuse treatment and 4 years in private practice. I treat addictions, life transitions, anxiety, depression and trauma. I also do couples work. I published a book on marriage conflict in 2005 (Love never fails... but a marriage can.) I utilize many approaches according to my client's needs. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Interpersonal Family Systems are some of the approaches I use. I am Christian-oriented and will use it to any degree my client desires (including not at all.) My goal is to provide my clients emotional wellness and a sense of inner-peace.
