My Background and Approach
I utilize Motivational Interviewing with client-driven goal setting, so sessions can look like Storytelling, goal setting, addressing barriers for change, examining our thought process and attachment or processing. Evidence based interventions DBT, Anger Management, LGBT, ACT, CBT Mindfulness
