Maybe you have a hard time managing your anxiety, maybe you struggle in your relationship, or maybe you just don't always feel connected to yourself. My Background and Approach
I will connect with you. I practice from a relational approach, meaning I am interactive and present in the session with you. I will spend quite a bit of time getting into the fine details of your concerns to find the core issues causing problems for you. I will then present you with my findings so that you're invested in the process toward healing. I provide direct tools and takeaways that you can use in your life right away. I provide a lot of structure in session so you can feel safe, while also bringing warmth and kindness for the struggle you're in. I have specialized training in couples therapy, perinatal therapy, and infertility therapy. This background has provided me with tools for deep work with my clients. I have seen transformation happen before my eyes when people connect with their own inner wisdom and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have seen countless clients transform and I believe you can, too. I believe in our own innate desire for healing and growth. I support my clients in tapping into their internal healing system to create deep, lasting change. I believe that people from all backgrounds should have equal access to mental health care and support. I do not discriminate against religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, or any other factor.
