About My Clients

I focus my clinical practice on anxiety, couples therapy, and men's issues. I am skilled at using a number of therapeutic interventions to help my clients gain clarity around their present life circumstances and then to work towards attainable goals for a better future.

My Background and Approach

Everyone has their own experiences, their own way of seeing the world, and their own goals for their future. This has pushed me over the years to get specialized training in a number of therapeutic interventions including: Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Process Therapy, and Transactional Analysis to name a few. I find that being able to pull from a number of therapeutic interventions allows me to meet the unique needs of my clients and to provide the best care possible.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone deserves access to affordable, high-quality mental health services; and that is exactly what I aim to provide through my private practice. I provide high-quality therapy via a tele-health platform that makes access to therapy seamless. I am most passionate about providing services to clients who have difficulty finding therapists dues to geographical constraints, unqualified therapists in their immediate area, or unrealistic fees that make accessing therapy unrealistic.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following
  • Agnosticism
  • Atheism
  • Buddhism
  • Christianity
  • Judaism
  • Multifaith
