About My Clients
Most of my experiences have been working with clients with diverse backgrounds, first-generation immigrants, and those who suffer from anxiety disorders. I am a neurodivergent therapist, who has spent many years helping and coaching those who are diagnosed with being on the Spectrum and ADHD. I have extensive training in trauma practice, particularly around experiences of abuse, violence, and intergenerational trauma.
My Background and Approach
I am certified in CBT, TEAM-CBT, Trauma Focus CBT, CBT-I, and DBT, with knowledge in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR, and the Nurture Heart Approach. I also have experience in treating tics by utilizing CBIT techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion in life has always been to provide relief and hope to all clients. I started in the field of mental health, as Respite Worker, Clinical Case Manager, a Crisis Counselor at a suicide hotline in NYC, and now a Therapist. My goal is to provide support to those who are willing to take the next step in their journey.
