About My Clients
I work with people who are yearning for a change, but don't necessarily know how to get there. I help them reconnect with themselves in deeply loving ways, and navigate relationships in an ever increasing complicated world. I am particularly passionate about serving adult children of immigrants and QTBIPOC folks often navigating complex cultural spaces, code switching and finding their own voices and authenticity through it all. We process and co-create together from your goals with my skills.
My Background and Approach
I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, a daughter of Chinese immigrants from Taiwan. I came out as queer in my mid-twenties and am now married with 2 hapa haoli children living in Hawai'i. Social justice and mindfulness significantly inform my integrative healing practice that is person-centered and spiritual in nature. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is soothing for clients' nervous systems, generative toward your goals, and enlivening for both of us!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that when we are seen, heard and understood in a loving, non-judgemental way; it heals and changes us. We become free to be playful and imaginative and engage with our lives from those places, reconnecting us to our deepest yearnings and desires. I love working with others interested changing their lives to have more peace and fulfillment aligned with their integrity and life purpose.
