I'm here to help you work through the hard stuff. In my 11 years as a therapist I have helped my clients; reduce anxiety, improve relationships, heal from trauma, grief and loss, and more effectively manage & cope with the ongoing stressors of daily life. I feel so strongly about your resilience and capacity to overcome what you are going through!
My Background and Approach
I will provide practical strategies for improving your mental health. Therapy with me is casual. I work with you, not at you. Sometimes we need someone to go along side us in the darkness, to shine a light & to guide us out of it. My goal is to be that for my clients. Beginning therapy is a big step.
