I also have a special interest in working with people who are gifted and/or learning disabled.

My Background and Approach

I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Florida School of Professional Psychology and I am licensed as a Psychologist in Florida and Credentialed for telehealth in 40 states. I have over 14 years of experience in providing psychological services in various settings, including private practice, community mental health, schools, and hospitals. My therapeutic approach is based on psychodynamic and interpersonal theories, which help me understand the underlying causes and patterns of your difficulties. I also use cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques to help you cope with your current challenges and achieve your goals. I work collaboratively with you to create a personalized treatment plan that suits your needs and preferences.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone has the potential to grow and change, regardless of their circumstances. I also believe that therapy is a process of mutual trust and respect, where you can feel safe and supported to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.
