I specialize in providing a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment and my approach is deeply personal. I believe it is important to work with women to learn and identify how they are impacted by their life stories and personal history. I strongly believes that the power of a woman lies in her stories. Our work together will help you to identify what is helpful and what is causing harm in order to move forward with becoming your best self.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic modalities are best described as an eclectic mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Multiculturalism, and reality-based Adlerian concepts. I additionally include movement therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, guided imagery, deep breathing exercises, and self-affirmation in my therapeutic framework.
