I work with adults and adolescents in individual and group settings. My areas of focus include identity, self-esteem, and life transitions, past trauma/abuse, depression, anxiety, and relationships challenges. I believe that counseling can be a space of healing, where we are invited into a deeper and fuller understanding of who we are. I approach counseling holistically, acknowledging and exploring each client's unique emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational needs.
I received my M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Western Washington University in 2017. I have over two years of experience working with adolescent and adult clients in community mental health settings, both individually and in groups. I also have experience providing advocacy services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
