Trauma is very impactful in our lives (and our brains) whether it starts in childhood or happens in adulthood. I have a special training in diagnosing PTSD and methods to promote recovery. Adjustments happen throughout our lives some major life transitions include: moving into a college dorm, getting married, ending a relationship, losing a job, and even the aging process. There is no guidebook to life but talking with someone about these transitions can help you feel supported.
