I believe that within each of us there exists the capacity to grow. Whatever may have happened in your life; whatever decisions you may have made that sometimes you may regret or actions taken that you may question with hindsight, my belief is that at your core you are good and whole. There is nothing that has happened before this moment that should prevent you from living a meaningful life; a life that whether you believe it or not, you deserve. Depression, anxiety, trauma, feeling dissociated from your body and mind; none of these things affect your right to be here now, in your life, dwelling in a state of contentment with self-respect and self-love.
Through experiencing my own ongoing therapy, I feel that I can relate better to the issues that may show up with during our sessions.
I am a mental health advocate and feel deep connection and respect for those who struggle every day to make their lives more livable and meaningful.
