My goal is to help you work towards happiness and create a fulfilling and meaningful life however that may look for you. I offer a safe and supportive space in order for us to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors in a mindful way while also challenging you to make constructive changes.
My Background and Approach
The focus of my work is to help you learn how to manage change, overcome obstacles and learn safe and healthy coping skills in order to help you command your life day to day. I have experience working with adults and young adults in a variety of different care settings including private practice, community mental health, and hospitals. My objective is to help support you in making the changes that you need to feel better.
