About My Clients

It’s easy to start feeling a little “stuck” at times — like what used to work just isn’t doing to the trick anymore. I’ve found this to be especially true now, when our world feels more different than ever. So if you’re feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, anxious, or not quite like yourself, let me remind you that simply visiting this page means that you’re already taking steps toward change.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic approach prioritizes feelings of safety, warmth, and connection while challenging the automatic reactions that might be keeping you from growth. Through this lens, I assist clients who present with anxiety, depression, traumatic reactions or trauma histories, low self-worth, identity questions, life transitions, family and relationship issues, and other life challenges.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As an inclusive therapist, I care deeply about social justice issues and understand that our identities impact how we experience the world. As humans, we all share similarities *and* have differences that make us unique — both can be true. My hope is to create a space where you can explore your unique needs and feel most yourself.
