About My Clients
My passion is to help you find your inner strength and wisdom, and to find peace and purpose in your life. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. I want to help you develop a greater understanding of yourself and to empower you to make meaningful changes in your life. I offer telehealth across the state of Illinois and would be honored to get to know you and your story.
My Background and Approach
I have worked with a diverse range of individuals, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and life transitions. I use a person-centered approach, integrating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy, to meet the unique needs and goals of each person I work with.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I lean into my beliefs as a Christian as the foundation of my kind, humble, gentle, patient, and loving approach with clients. I believe that you are never too young or too old to change and grow. I also believe that as people we experience events earlier in life or even before birth and most times we don't understand how those events truly impact us. I would love to work with you to help you explore and reflect upon just how much those experiences impacted you and how you can grow from them. We have the ability to change the narrative of our own lives to positively impact the lives of the generations to come. You have to be the change you want to see, and I want to be there to help you find it.
