About My Clients
Are you a teenager or young adult who is scared and worried most of the time? Are you unsure of how to get through tomorrow, let alone plan for the future? Do you have a general sense of unease in your body and you can't quite figure out what's wrong? It feels like no one is listening. Maybe people still treat you like a child, even though you're an adult, or nearly so. If this is you, I can help!

I see you. I hear you. Pull up a chair and let's talk! Through our work together, you can start to feel better. I can help you learn new skills to feel more relaxed and comfortable in your body. I can show you how to survive strong emotions without doing something dangerous or damaging your relationships. I can even teach you how to get through a panic attack and how to stop those pesky racing thoughts! I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, intense emotions, and figuring out how to grow up and transition to adulthood in a world that doesn't always pay attention. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Having childhood experiences that foster healthy development and secure attachments are so important for lifelong well-being. I believe that most people want to do well, but they don't always have the tools needed for success. While some challenges come from individual differences in the brain, many others are due to systemic and societal oppression. Either way, it's never too late to begin the healing process. I participate in actions that support the LGBTQ+ community and Black Lives Matter movement, and I am always working on being actively anti-racist.
