My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in evidence based treatment and am passionate about assisting those suffering from anxiety disorders and related issues. My job is to put myself out of a job so my clients develop the skills to cope on their own. I strongly believe treatment is a collaborative process with the therapist and client working together to determine the best course of treatment and to jointly resolve hurdles along the way. I am a member of PsyPact which is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology (https://psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap). Telepsychology provides access to underserved areas as well as individuals struggling to leave their homes due to mental health issues.
